The view from our room was truly breathtaking! We had a stunning vista of the city and sea that just swept us away. The staff were also really responsive to our requests. We got extra towels and utensils right away without any hassle. Another plus is that the hotel is situated in a great location that's easily accessible to all the main attractions.
The entrance to our room wasn't very convenient. It was difficult to navigate through construction tarp and movements with our strollers weren't easy.

The sea view and the modern decoration were impressive. We could also enjoy the comfort of the bed and the amenities provided. Another plus was the responsive service from the butler who took care of our requests immediately. the location was unbeatable with a nearby shopping mall and local cafes.
The lack of basic kitchen essentials such as utensils, plates, and pots made meal preparation impossible. the housekeeping service needed improvement as we found an empty water bottle on the table and the apartment floor was not properly cleaned.
